We cover all of middle Tennessee and then some. Our DJ is willing
to come to you even up to surronding states if given enough time
to plan.
In order to book our services, full payment or a 50% deposit (installment)
must accompany your signed contract. Clients who pay in full are
entitled to a discount. For installment options, your balance is
due with your coordinating sheet at least 2 weeks before your event.
If the same date/time period is requested by more than one client,
then bookings are based on the date I receive the signed contract
and payment.
We accept checks, certified checks, money orders, or cash for payment.
In order to keep my rates affordable for my clients, I do not accept
credit cards. Credit card companies issue a charge back fee to businesses,
and I'd have to significantly raise my prices in order to facilitate
this.
Absolutely. Our contract is straightforward, without hidden
clauses so
that you truly understand the terms before signing. It is signed
by yourself and our CEO which ensures you protection, dependability,
and reliability. The signed contract and reservation fee reserves
your date and a copy will be sent to you for your records. If you
have any questions or concerns about the contract and/or it's terms,
feel free to contact us!
You never pay for setup or breakdown of our equipment. Our
DJ always arrives early enough to ensure we will be set up long
before your first guest arrives. Of course you can! Not only can you select what song or style
is played. You can also decide what's not played by compiling your
own do not play list, which can also include specific songs or styles.
Our DJ would love to meet with you through email, over the
phone, or face to face to work with you throughout the planning
process. This allows you to build a relationship and ensure your
event's success. This also allows you plenty of time to express,
exactly how you'd like your event to proceed. Rest easy knowing
your getting nothing but a professional!
Certainly, the earlier the better, but we will book events as late
as one day's notice as long as long as we have the event day clear.
